The film industry in Kenya has been identified as a key growth industry with potential to spur economic growth through tourist attraction, investment and employment creation; this is so because of the country's great scenic physical and environmental features, which makes it an ideal location for film making; this therefore triggered the inception of the Kenya Film Commission.
The Kenya Film Commission believes that the success of the commission stems directly from competent and motivated staff and also the style of management.
